The Midway Classics (Our High-Volume Staples):

Traditional Fair Favorites: hand dipped classic all-beef corn dogs, traditional state fair cheese curds, classic cinnamon-sugar mini donuts, and freshly spun pink vanilla cotton candy.

Innovative Fusion Headliners (Our Crowd Drivers):

Korean-Style Crunch Dogs: Nathans hot dog coated in panko or diced potatoes, fried to a golden crunch, and finished with a dusting of sugar or K-BBQ drizzle.
Cajun, Garlic, Ranch, Jalapeno, Furikake, Togarashi Cheese Curds: Premium Wisconsin cheese curds fried in a light batter, tossed in savory Japanese furikake seasoning, and served with a side of gochujang-honey aioli.
